If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.  Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.

Return conditions

• The product was purchased within the last 15 days

• The product is in the original packaging

• The product has not been used or damaged

• The product label is still attached

Products that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

Returns are at the customer’s own cost and risk.

We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost or not delivered to us.

Refunds are only processed after we have received the return parcel and will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

How does returns work?

• Place the items you want to return in the original box or shipping envelope.

• Please ensure that the box is securely closed with tape to ensure that the product is returned in its original condition.

• Complete our Return Form.

• Create a return label on the Bpost website (Belgium) https://parcel.bpost.be/nl/parcel-detail and for shipping from other countries, use your trusted parcel service.

Please return you parcel with tracking, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return shipments.

Can sale items be returned?

Yes, Items purchased with a discount can be returned.

Are returns free?

Returns are sent at your own cost and risk.

I want a different size. What should I do?

If you want a different size, simply order it again via our webshop. You can of course return the item that does not fit properly.

Can I bring my return myself?

No, bringing it yourself is not allowed! All returns must be send!

When will I get my money back?

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The amount will be refunded to the account you used to pay within 1 to 7 working days.

What happens if I return an item that does not meet the conditions?

We have a strict return policy to ensure quality. If you return an item that does not meet our conditions, unfortunately the amount will not be refunded.
