No, we do not have a physical store. But don't worry, we're here online to help you!

Our clothes generally fit true to size. In exceptional cases, this is always stated in the product details.

Unfortunately, reservations are not possible, but we always try to refill quickly!

Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days. We don't want you to have to wait long for your new items!

  • For Belgium: €6,50 (and free for orders over €100)

  • For the Netherlands: €15

No, we currently do not offer pick-up options. But we ensure that every order comes to you quickly and safely!

If an item is marked as 'pre-order' it means it will take a little longer to ship. Would you like to receive the other items faster? No problem, just place separate orders.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a note in your mailbox. This allows you to pick up the package at the post office or postal point.

Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't quite fit. That is why you have 15 days to return an item.

No, Items purchased with a discount can't be returned.

  • Place the items you want to return in the original box or shipping envelope.

  • Please ensure that the box is securely closed with tape to ensure that the product is returned in its original condition.

  • Complete our return form.

Unfortunately, return costs are at your own expense.

If you want a different size, simply order it again via our webshop. You can of course return the item that does not fit properly.

No, we kindly ask you to ship all returns.

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The amount will be refunded to the account you used to pay within 1 to 7 working days.

We have a strict return policy to ensure quality. If you return an item that does not meet our conditions, unfortunately the amount will not be refunded.

Do not panic! This can have several reasons. Contact us at info@loveloulou.be.

This means that Bpost was unable to deliver the package. This can have several reasons:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Parcel not picked up on time at the post office / post point or parcel locker

The package can subsequently be resent upon payment of the additional shipping costs, even if it was originally free shipping.
